Lily Robinson
Clinical Psychologist
I have a passion for helping others use the powerful tool of therapy to better understand why we are the way we are and how to create a life that is meaningful and fulfilling to us. My primary goal is to create a supportive environment that empowers you to embrace your true self and navigate challenges.
I have lived, worked and studied in both Adelaide and Brisbane, but I call Adelaide home now. Outside of the therapy room I like to spend time with my Labrador and Vizsla (cheeky dogs), have recently fallen back in love with reading and when the sun is out like to be down at the beach as much as I can.
Back to the therapy room. The therapies, strategies and techniques I use and/or are informed by include:
Schema Therapy (ST)
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Enhanced (CBTE- for Eating Disorders)
Trauma Informed Therapy, as well as general supportive counselling.
